Direct the global messaging and strategic positioning for the General Surgery portfolio, including specialised and private label segments.
Distill complex technical updates and product modifications into persuasive, customer-centric, and regulatory-compliant commercial value propositions.
Construct structured FAB frameworks and robust value propositions to drive global market adoption.
Orchestrate global product launch sequences in close alignment with Marketing Communications, Sales, and regional product teams.
Engineer a comprehensive suite of global sales enablement tools, including launch briefs and training modules, that uphold brand integrity and compliance standards.
Synchronize with regional offices to ensure the seamless and accurate dissemination of product enhancements and lifecycle changes.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert, delivering high-level technical briefings to internal stakeholders and international partners.
Partner directly with the Senior Leadership and cross-functional leads in R&D, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to refine commercial strategies.
Function as the vital link between Headquarters and local offices to ensure unified messaging and successful market execution.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
3+ years' experience in product management, product marketing, or commercial product roles within medical devices or healthcare.
Proven regional experience is a must, with a track record of managing product portfolios across multiple geographic territories
Experience with General Surgery Products or medical consumables is preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear and compliant commercial messaging.
Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including direct interaction with Senior Leadership.
Willingness to travel internationally as required for product alignment and business needs.
